Is there a minimum amount of hours per week?
Yes, our minimum of hours per week is 5. This is to ensure some consistency for our VA’s.

will I be locked into a contract?
Our standard contracts are on a month to month basis. You are welcome to lock in for 3, 6 or 12 months at a discounted rate.

what happens if my Va goes on leave/resigns?
You will be looked after by another VA for the period your original VA is on leave or we will replace them with someone else that you are happy with. Our systems are set up and designed specifically for this.

Why is there an onboarding fee?
The onboarding process can take anywhere from a few days to over a week depending on you and your business. The one time payment covers the cost of administration, hours worked on getting you set up and training the assigned VA on your business.

Can I have help with something that isn't listed on the website?
Once you let us know exactly what you are after we will see what we can do!

what if I complete the drop in package and then end up wanting full management?
That’s no stress at all! You won’t be charged an onboarding fee, as you will already be set up from Drop In. We can just hit the ground running with your management!

Will I get to choose who my va is?
Yes, we will provide a selection of who we think would be the right fit and from there you will make the final decision.
